Rakaya is a Saudi B2B procurement platform that connects restaurants, hotels, cafes, catering companies and supermarkets with verified food suppliers — replacing scattered phone calls and spreadsheets with one auditable digital workflow, from request for quotation through delivery and invoicing.
Our Mission
Food-service procurement in the region still runs on informal channels: prices negotiated over messaging apps, orders confirmed by phone, deliveries reconciled against paper notes. We built Rakaya so every step of that relationship — sourcing, pricing, ordering, receiving and settling — happens in one place, with a record both sides can trust.
How the Platform Works
Buyers publish a request for quotation, compare responses from verified suppliers side by side, and convert the quote they choose into a purchase order. From there the platform tracks the order through warehouse fulfilment, delivery confirmation, quality inspection and electronic invoicing — so nothing depends on remembering to follow up.
